Get lucky encounter Sambal Deer, Wildboar, Toque Macaque, can spot multiple Leopard Poop. Don't forget to look up in the tree as some endemic birds can be spotted as Ceylon White-Eye, Crimson-Backed Flameback. Magical sceneries across mountains, tea fields, pygme clouded forest, highgrass where you will enjoy grabbing your gears to memorize unique moments.

The property Located in a far remote Private Tea Estate in the heart of Hill Country about 40KM south of Kandy, this 100 years old bungalow daily used by the manager of the tea estate when they come and inspect the well functioning operation, will allowed us to live in this unique feel to be part of tea estate. This is not an hotel and this unique plantation working estate bungalow will offer, more an authentic experience only few can share. Accommodation Double Room (1-3 pax) Only 3 to 4 rooms sharing washroom without AC or fan, you won’t need it as the temperature will drop as soon as the sun down One extra mattress can be add in the room. Cuisine Simple home-cooking Sri Lankan dishes well garnished breakfast, lunch, dinner & tea break at the different tea estate bungalow and remote village kiosque. All made with locally sources ingredients and freshly prepared Can be cater for vegetarian, also being able to request non spicy. Day 1 (L-D) By 8am we will meet our guide at a meeting point from where we change vehicule to continue our transfer to a tuk tuk for a ride across country side villages (around 30-45min) to the starting point of the 22KM trek in the heart edge of the Piduruthalagala Mountain Range where the trail pass by light jungle, pine forest, abandon first build tea settlement, we reach the James Taylor tea pionner and its functional tea estate. After lunch in a remote local restaurant, we will climb up all the way to the Delta pass being able to see the tea workers collecting tea leaves as well as some Toque monkeys. The abandon road already fully cover by jungle was long ago the first tea road able to access both side of the mountain tea estate where at multiple time offering astonishing views on the region. At our ended point of the trail, we will jump on a tuk tuk then a private local bus where you will be able to observe local and how hard it is for them to reach their settlement who is one of the further away tea estate in the area. We will established in one of the Tea Estate authentic Bungalow still used by the manager of the area which will provide you a pure feel of being part of the tea industry. Upon check in, you will be free and easy to rest, walk around the settlement or even grab a cup of tea appreciating amazing scenery. Day 2 (B-L) Very early in the morning (around 5:30am), after your breakfast we will start our 12KM trek believed to be the path that King “Rawana” took Princess “Seetha” from the Capital “Lankapura” to “Ashoka Vatika” (now Nurawa Eliya) you will depart early to reach the summit (Peratas Estate) that is surrounded by a pigmy forest, which looks like a pathway. It is a remarkably beautiful place, which has breathtaking views and unspoilt extraordinary environment. The earliest we reach the more lucky we can spot some sambal dear, wildboar, & clouded forest birds. On the way down, the trail become very narrow by bowitiya & sitha bushes, cloud forest where amazing flowerish smell the trail. Stop by a waterfall for those desire to take a dip into it, before heading back to Mooluwa Mooloya Tea estate where a local lunch will be hosted inside of the tea estate bungalow old as more than 100 year. After lunch, we will visit the tea factory to complete the tea experience before depart for your next destination.

What to Bring?
